Victim In Police Standoff Identified

Officials have identified a man who died in East Texas in a standoff after leading officers on a chase that through six counties. Reginal Bussle, 36, of Grand Prairie, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after refusing to leave his vehicle that was stopped on I-20 between Longview and Hallsville. The incident began after a domestic dispute in Grand Prairie.
