Van Zandt County Jail
A 56 year old Van Zandt County man has been indicted on a charge of intoxication manslaughter. 56 year old Hugh Michael Means of Grand Saline was arrested by State Troopers after a crash that claimed the life of Glenda Dry, also of Grand Saline. During the investigation, alcohol was determined to be a factor in the collision which caused Dry’s death.
