Winter Weather Headed Our Way

Wintry precipitation is likely across most of North and Central Texas tonight and Tuesday morning. A Winter Storm Watch has been issued south of a line Goldthwaite to Hillsboro to Sulphur Springs and a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect south of a Breckenridge to Grapevine to Paris line. The highest amounts of snow are expected to occur in a band from Waco to Corsicana to Canton where amounts may reach 1 to 2 inches. Elsewhere generally less than a half-inch of accumulation is expected.
