$1.1 Million Approved for Cox Field Improvements

The Texas Transportation Commission has approved $1.1 million in funding for Cox Field in Paris. The funds are earmarked for hangar and pavement improvements at the airport. Project costs will be funded through the City of Paris and through TxDOT’s Aviation Facilities Grant Program, which is designed to preserve and improve the state’s general aviation system.
