Flint Man Receives New Charges

Officials filed new charges against Jeffrey Hampton, 31, of Flint. Reportedly, Hampton crashed his boat into a dock on Lake Palestine and killed a 14-year-old boy. Hampton then left the scene after the incident had initially been charged with manslaughter and has a charge of Failure to Stop and Render Aid. He remains in jail under an $850,000 bond.
