12-Year-Old Accused Of Murdering Sonic Employee

Officials are accusing a 12-year-old boy of murdering a Sonic employee in the small Johnson County town of Keene, south of Fort Worth. The incident began when 20-year-old Angel Gomez of Fort Worth arrived at the Sonic with others in his vehicle. He began urinating in the parking lot, and the 32-year-old Matt Davis employee confronted him. A fight began, and the boy grabbed an AR-15-type rifle from Gomez’s vehicle and fatally shot Davis.
