East Texas Man Again Guilty Of Double Murder

The re-trial of a man previously convicted  of murdering a Wood County woman and her son has resulted in another conviction. Jason Payne of Quitman was granted a second trial by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals . He was again sentenced to life in prison without parole.
