13-Year Old Arrested in Hugo for Fatally Shooting Brother

 A 13-year-old Choctaw County boy arrested  for allegedly  fatally shooting an 18 year will be in court this afternoon. The boy was spending the night at a friend’s house. when he picked up a revolver and shot his friend’s old brother, Gavin Freeman, who was playing a video game.  A judge will decide whether or not he’ll stay in juvenile custody or be released to his parents.
