Mt Pleasant Municipal Court Offers Help With Unpaid Fines

From September 12 to December 31, the Mt. Pleasant Municipal Court offers a case resolution program. Those who have not paid their ticket fees, or other fines or who haven’t paid fines previously agreed on can have a Capias warrant issued. If you think you may be on the list for being arrested, contact the Mount Pleasant Municipal Court, and you can take care of your citation. The court is willing to work with you to help you avoid going to jail.
