Officials arrested a Wood County man at Hwy 80 near Hoard Rd. in Mineola on felony drug charges. Precinct 2, Constable Kelly Smith describes Charlie Gill as a “habitual criminal” in his post and says they charged him with possession of methamphetamine. In the post, Smith said that law enforcement had a comprehensive list of all vehicles that frequented Gill’s residence.
