Mineola Man Charged With Sexual Assault

Caylon Whittington of Mineola pleaded guilty to charges related to a 2015 incident at Sky Ranch. That is where Smith County Deputies worked a sexual assault near Van. On Monday, Whittington pleaded guilty in Judge Skeen’s court to burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony, accepting a 15-year prison sentence.
