Sulphur Springs Police arrested a Rains County man after a traffic stop in the 1200-block of South Broadway Street. Officers found that 46-year-old Gregory Thomas Holter of Point had a Tarrant County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. mugshot not available

Hopkins County Deputies stopped a Greenville man on I-30 for a traffic violation and became suspicious because of the nervousness of the driver and the passenger. The deputy alleged he could smell alcohol and marijuana, and the driver gave a false name. A search of the man’s wallet turned up some cocaine. Officers found a vape pen containing suspected THC wax/oil and paraphernalia in the glove box. They arrested 29-year-old Johnathan Robert Young on multiple charges, including a Collin County warrant. mugshot not available
