OLYMPICS

The Closing Ceremony at the Beijing Winter Olympics was perhaps less flashy and glamourous than the Opening Ceremony. Still, Team USA marched on chic as always in a distinctive Ralph Lauren uniform. With a buffalo plaid design and a nod to sustainability, they introduced the outfit in October 2021. The U.S. finished with 29 medals at the winter games, including eight gold, ten silver, and seven bronze. In addition, there were 13 medals for women’s events, the most for any country.
