NTSB Preliminary Report Tishomingo Crash That Killed Six

The National Transportation Safety Board said Thursday that a four-seat car carrying six Tishomingo high school girls failed to come to a complete stop before entering an intersection where it was hit by a large truck, killing all of them. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, only two of the six girls were wearing seat belts. The girls, ages 15–17, were on a lunch break from school.
