Oklahoma Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Step-Daughter

A 45-year-old Madill, Oklahoma man, has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his stepdaughter. The victim reportedly told investigators that the assaults allegedly committed by Kendall Ray Cannon began when she was 13. In addition, Cannon’s wife, 37-year-old Debra Louann Cannon, faces charges of failure to protect and enable sexual abuse of her child.
