The Spurs announced Wednesday they had sold 63,592 tickets for the game at the Alamodome this Friday. With standing-room tickets, the Spurs could host about 68,000 people. If so, they break the NBA’s single-game attendance record when they host Golden State Warriors.

TCU quarterback Max Duggan adds a prestigious trophy to his resume after he became the 10th Annual Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award winner on Wednesday night. Duggan not only led the Horned Frogs to the national championship game, but he was also a Heisman Trophy finalist and won the Davey O’Brien Award.
