NE Texas Man Named to Most Wanted List

The DPS has added a  man with Northeast Texas ties to the 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list, and a cash reward up to $5,000 is now being offered for information leading to his capture. 39 year old Robert Charles Willis is wanted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. His last known address was in DeKalb and he also has ties to Texarkana.
