Smith County Inmate Brought Back To Hopkins County

A Sulphur Springs man has been transported back to the Hopkins County jail from Smith County on multiple warrants.  53 year old Morris Lee Toney is charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.  Bond was denied.
