An East Texas man charged with criminal negligent homicide for killing a man in a drunk driving crash has been sentenced to a year and a half in state jail. 21-year-old Cayden Dean Ferrill of Hallsville also received 8 years probation for aggravated assault for causing injuries to two other occupants in the vehicle he hit.
