Hopkins Woman Charged With Injury To Child

21 year old Maegan Deleyn Strawn of Sulphur Springs has been arrested by the Special Crimes Unit for Injury to a child. SCU became involved after Strawn was arrested for burglarizing motor vehicles while she was pregnant and officers were concerned she may have been using drugs.  When the baby was born, the child tested positive for narcotics.
