East Texas Inmates Suing County Jail

Inmates at the Marion County Jail are suing Sheriff David McKnight and the Sheriff’s office for $12 million. The lawsuit alleges the facility is infested with black mold and is making the inmates sick. The suit is also seeking medical care for all past and present inmates and jail staff.
