Illegal Immigrant Charged With DWI After Crash With Garbage Truck

An alleged illegal immigrant living in East Texas has been arrested for  DWI after running into the back of a garbage truck. 37-year-old Catarino Arriaga of Longview was given a $10,000 bond for the DWI, but is also being held without bond in the Gregg County jail on an INS detainer.
