Second Suspect Arrested In Murder of Cass County man

A Bowie County fugitive wanted on murder charges has surrendered to authorities. 29 year old Jimmy Jerome Dancer is accused in the fatal shooting at a car wash of  25-year-old Tilford Barfield III of Atlanta, TX. His bond has not been set.  The other suspect in the case, Lee Lewis Junior is being held on $500,000 bond.  Both are in the Bi-State Justice Center.
