Northeast Texas Man Sentenced For Indecency

A Bowie County jury in New Boston has convicted 33 year old  Daniel Mooneyhamof Hooks of  indecency with a child by sexual contact. The jury the sentenced him to the maximum of 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The victim was a nine-year-old girl.
