Hunt County Capital Murder Trial Underway

A jury has been seated and testimony is underway in the trial of a Quinlan man charged with capital murder in the death of two-year-old Jordan Lumsden. Joe Everett Autry III, 25, has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge, as well as three counts of injury to two girls under the age of 14. The cases will all be tried at the same time.
