Thursday morning before 11:00 Paris Police responded to the probation office and arrested James Casey, 32, on outstanding warrants out of Lamar County for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Paris Police responded to 100 calls for service and arrested four people over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 am Friday (Jul 14).
