Paris Police Report Wednesday July 26

Tuesday morning Paris Police worked a stabbing at Booker T Washington Homes. Allegedly during a confrontation, Paul Bailey, 35, pulled a knife and cut the complainant’s hand. They arrested Bailey for aggravated assault. Paramedics transported the victim to the local hospital for treatment.

Tuesday morning early, officers worked a disturbance in the 100 block of NW 19th. Police arrested Pernell Barrow, 55, who reportedly hit the complainant in the head during a family assault. Due to a previous conviction, they enhanced Barrow’s charge to a felony.

Police worked a burglary of a residence in the 200 block of NW 23rd. An unknown suspect entered the complainant’s house and took a television. Officers worked the second burglary in the 200 block of NE 3rd. A known suspect had forced entry into a storage building and took a power washer and a ladder.

Paris Police responded to 85 calls for service and arrested four people over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 am Wednesday (Jul 26).
