Gas Buddy says this year will bring the lowest Independence Day gas prices since 2004. That puts us at an average of $1 89. One year ago, we were at 2.42 a gallon. As COVID-19 cases rise and demand falls again, gas prices could slip slightly over the next few days leading up to the holiday.
