A 29-year-year old Northeast Texas woman caught selling drugs across the street from Gilmer High School pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone. As a result of her plea agreement with prosecutors, Ashley Nicole Grubbs, of Gilmer, was sentenced to 40 years in prison by Upshur County District Judge Lauren Parish. Austin Keith Wolfe, 32, and 31-year-old Anthony Earl Tutor are awaiting trial in the case.
