A Choctaw County Man Accused of Beating and Burning 3 year old Makes Court Appearance

A Choctaw County man accused of beating and burning a 3 year old boy was in court this week. 38 year old  Robert West of Boswell is due in court again January 17^th.  Church members noticed the abuse of the toddler and notified deputies. West then fled the area but was captured in Oklahoma City 2 days later by US Marshals. West is being held in the Choctaw County jail.
