A Dropped Crack Pipe

A citizen reported a suspicious vehicle in the 1500 block of E Sherman Street just before 9:00 Thursday morning. When officers approached the car Jamie Husky, 45, of Paris exited his vehicle and dropped a ‘crack pipe.’ They arrested Husky for both felony possession of one controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of the different controlled substance.
