A Fannin County Woman Pleads Guilty to Felony Theft From Adopt a Cop Program

A Fannin County woman has pleaded guilty Thursday to felony theft from the Adopt a Cop program. 44 year old Joyce Dykes was indicted in November 2016 for soliciting thousands of dollars in donations from individuals and businesses for ballistic vests, then pocketing the money .She was sentenced to 10 years probation, more than $16,000 restitution and a $5,000 fine.
