Abbott Blocks Prison And Jail Visits

Governor Abbott has blocked in-person visits at all county and municipal jails in Texas with his latest executive order adding county and municipal jails to an earlier order restricting visitation to state prisons, jails, and juvenile justice facilities. One exception would be religious leaders and members of the clergy.
