Abbott Set To Announce Phase 2

Phase 2 of Gov. Greg Abbott’s plan to reopen the Texas economy during the COVID-19 pandemic will begin with another set of businesses allowed to open. It includes gyms and exercise facilities, nonessential manufacturing plants, office buildings, and limited overnight camping at state parks. All must operate at 25% capacity and adhere to social distancing guidelines. Governor Abbott is holding a press conference Monday at 2:00 pm.
