Accused Child Predator Arrested In Naples

Naples Police arrested 46-year-old Michael James Tschantz Friday afternoon at the Police Department on a warrant from Riley County Kansas District Court charging him with five counts of rape of a child under 14. The victim is a woman who is now 21 years old. Tschantz is being held in the Morris County Jail under a $600,000 bond and is awaiting extradition to Kansas. Due to the nature of this crime, there is no additional information released.
