Accused East Texas Voyeur In Custody In Louisiana

The East Texas man wanted in Louisiana for allegedly using his cell phone to video a 17-year-old girl trying on clothes in a store’s dressing room is now in custody. Russel Cole Harty, 34, of Gladewater, surrendered to Bossier City Police and has been charged with Video Voyeurism. He’s a registered sex offender in Texas and remains in the Bossier Parish Jail.
