Accused Kidnapper Waives Right To Jury Trial

An East Texas man accused of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and injury to a child has waived his right to a jury trial. 30 year old Richard David Taylor Jr of Winona is scheduled to appear in Gregg County District Court in November, when he is expected to plead guilty.
