Accused Killer To Be In Court Friday

A north Texas man facing capital murder charges in Hunt County is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow. 22 year old Timothy Adam Kelley of Dallas is accused of killing 70 year old William Dow Schauer just west of Quinlan and has pleaded not guilty. His co-defendant, Kyle Anthony Kauffmann of Terrell has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to life in prison without parole.
