Accused Smith County Killer Waives Arraignment

An East Texas murder suspect has waived his arraignment that had been scheduled for Tuesday afternoon in Smith County. Gustavo Zavala-Garcia acknowledges the charges being brought against him and has entered a not guilty plea. Zavala-Garcia is accused of murdering 10 year old Kayla Gomez-Orozco and dumping her body in a well on his property.
