Accused Tioga Horse Thief Arrested In Virgin Islands

Authorities arrested a Tioga horse trainer who allegedly stole horses and thousands of dollars in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Grayson County Deputies say Landen James flew from Florida to St. Thomas on October 18, and they arrested him after authorities received a tip as to his whereabouts. Southwest Cattle Raisers Special Rangers and U.S. Marshals assisted in the investigation and James’s arrest.
