The North Texas teenager with a history of legal troubles following his drunk driving conviction in connection with the crash that killed four people and injured nine is back behind bars in Tarrant County. The now 22-year-old Ethan Couch, known as the “Affluenza Teen,” is charged with violating his probation by testing positive for THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.
