Affluenza teenager Ethan Couch will be released from the Tarrant County jail on April 2, but not without some rules. Couch must wear a GPS equipped ankle monitor at all times and a substance abuse patch that will be changed out every ten days to determine if he has been drinking. Couch will not be able to drive unless it is in a car that has an ignition interlock, which prevents the car from starting if he has been drinking. A probation officer will be allowed to give Couch random drug tests. Couch was drunk when he caused a crash killing four people.
