The marijuana lobby just picked up a key endorsement for expanding the use of medical marijuana in Texas. Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller is the latest to endorse medical marijuana. Touring one of the state’s licensed cannabis growers, Miller said if it’s a cure for pain, we should use it.
