Alcohol Delivery Certification For Drivers

As many restaurants and some bars have opted into alcohol delivery, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission wants to ensure they do so safely and correctly. Business owners can have delivery drivers take the Texas Responsible Alcohol Delivery certification course online for $25, valid for two years. The course teaches how to check identification and not make deliveries to intoxicated people. According to the Dallas Morning News, it requires employees working as delivery obtain certification to deliver alcohol.
