Alert Neighbor Leads To East Texas Burglary Arrests

An East Texas couple has been arrested after a person noticed them loading the contents of a golf cart belonging to his neighbor into their vehicle. Officials charged 28-year-old Daniel Thomas Barnes, of Longview, and 21-year-old Cassidy Dawn Collier, of Gladewater, with burglary of a habitation. Detectives are still in the process of recovering the victim’s property.
