Wearing their pajamas, kindergarten to fifth-grade students participated in a day of winter activities revolving around the Polar Express at Aaron Parker Elementary. Classes took turns visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus, who gave them reindeer food and jingle bells, and sipping hot chocolate with Santa’s helpers while watching the movie, The Polar Express. Each student received a ticket for the Polar Express (Trolley de Paris) that were punch before boarding and took them on a journey through the country. Upon returning, students played in a big pile of snow. Above, Conductor Brandon Dennard, Assistant Superintendent of North Lamar, punches tickets for students boarding the Polar Express.
