Alleged McKinney Hitman First To Stand Trial

A Longview man is on trial in Collin County in a murder for hire plot. Police say Ronald Rosser took more than $5,000 to kill 66-year-old McKinney businessman Richard Moore four years ago. Investigators believe Rosser was hired by Moore’s estranged wife, Chansamorn Pokai, and her lover Stephen Brockway.
