A Lamar County man accused of speeding through a work zone on Bonham Street in Paris and killing one construction worker and injuring another has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors. Geno Allen was sentenced to 20 years in prison on one count of manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He must serve at least 10 years in prison before becoming eligible for parole. 21 year old Aaron Castro died in the crash and Aaron Casio was seriously injured.
