Palestine Police arrested Ronnie Morrison, 21, of Palestine as one of three suspects for animal cruelty. Allegedly Morrison, Romello Smith, 21, and Andreas Hicks, 20, burned and caused the death of a young puppy in June. There is an arrest warrant for Smith and Hicks. Police think more were involved.
