The Annual Paris Balloon & Music Festival will be this Friday, Sept. 9, through Monday, Sept. 12, at the fairgrounds in Paris. Activities Friday and Saturday from 5:00 to 10:00 pm include live music, a Kids Zone, tethered balloon rides, exotic animals petting zoo, paint competitions, food and market vendors, and a balloon glow. Sunday and Monday’s activities include morning flights.
